Scott Braswell will be the music coordinator for the Jam-A-Que again this year. Due to the growth of the event, the live music schedule will be run a little differently as we have more performers than last year. To keep things running on time, steady and tight we will assign time slots to scheduled performers as they arrive. This way there will be no delays, schedule changes or confusion. We have come up with a few things to make sure it runs as smoothly as possible and everyone has a great time. 1- ALL performers will need to sign in to receive their time slot when they arrive. He will have the sign in sheet with him. 2 - ALL acoustic acts should be signed in and ready to perform by 11:00 am unless special arrangements have been made with Bruce Wall. The sign up sheet is what we will use when time slots are given, so it's very important that all acoustic performers sign in as soon as they arrive. Individual set lengths for acoustic acts will be determined after all performers have signed in and are accounted for. 3 - At 1:00 pm the stage will be cleared and set up for the performing bands. 4 - ALL performing bands need to be signed in between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm unless special arrangements have been made with Bruce Wall. Time slots will be given at sign in, so it’s very important that the bands sign in as soon as they arrive. Standard time slots for bands will be 45 minutes in length with a 15 minute intermission to switch bands. 5- First band starts at 2:00 pm.
Thank you all and we are looking forward to seeing you next month!
